    Legal Officer

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Law major
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Logistic delivery.
    • Fresh graduate are welcome·
    • The age is maximum 30 years old.
    • Able to operate computer and familiar with Ms Office.
    • Basic to advance English for business communication
    • Strong sense of responsibility
    • Have good communication skill.
    • Willing be place in Karawang.
    • Complete vaccine Covid-19 2 doses.

    R&V Staff

    Qualification:

    • Basic to advance English for Business communication.
    • Advance in Adobe photoshop, illustrator & Premiere Pro.
    • Have capability to take video and photo.
    • Basic to advance copy writing skill.
    • Have capability to manage social media.
    • Strong sense of responsibility.
    • Have min. 1 year of experience as Content Creator.
    • Age max 30 yo.
    • Education min. Bachelor degree in Visual communication, Design, Product Design an other related majority.
    • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
    • Complete vaccine Covid-19 2 doses.

    Job Scope:

    1. Create concept, design and distribute marketing copy to advertise company and products. Outputs: Company Profile, Social Medial, Digital Platform, Magazine, Flyer, Souvenir, Website, etc.
    2. Shoot and editing documentation video or photo requirement for Company e using related application.
    3. Prepare related requirement for exhibition branding promotion.
    4. Create article content about company event, edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
    5. Preparing concept presentation to production’s vendor, confirm and control the production process and make sure the production timeline is on schedule.
    6. Preparing output data based on each functions and ensure all design files.

    HSE Junior Staff

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Public Health/ Environment major or any equivalent.
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as HSE Junior staff or equivalent.
    • Have K3 / Environment certification.
    • Have ISO 14001, 45000, 9001 certification.
    • Fresh Graduate are welcome.
    • The age is maximum 25 years old.
    • Able to operate computer and advance skill in Ms Office.
    • Willing be place in Karawang.

    Job Description:

    1. Daily/Weekly/Monthly HSE Inspection & Report.
    2. Create SOP/WI, HSE Management System & Document Handling.
    3. Hazardous Waste material, Incident & Accident Handling.
    4. HSE Training, Audit Internal & External.
    5. RKL RPL detail of measurement & report.

    Staff Finance and Accounting

    Job Requirement:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
    • Required language(s): English (active)
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Strong in Ms Office.

    Job scope:

    1. Entry all journal transaction on Accurate
    2. Process all payment request including process by internet banking
    3. Entry daily rate currency
    4. Create sales invoice (local and export)
    5. Update sales report / AR Detail
    6. Check bank balance, including bank in / out and cash flow
    7. Bank correspondence( create and submit declaration letter, official bank letter, etc)
    8. Update report on SIMODIS application (Lalu Lintas Devisa)
    9. Check OA (internal system) and administrative invoice document for validation
    10. Create fee invoice and submit into OA payment for approval
