Material Control Lead

Requirements:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
• Bachelor’s degree or above Major in Business Administration / Computer Science or a related field or equivalent combination of education
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the same position (experience from shoes factory is preferred but not required)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin language is preferred but not required
• Have knowledge’s of Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems, Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities, SAP, Understanding of forecasting and budgeting, Proficient in MS Office
• Have skill’s of Decision making, Negotiation skill, Planning and Organizing, Improvement management, Supplier management

Production Control Lead

Requirements:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
• Bachelor’s degree or above Major in Business Operations or other elevant discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in production scheduling and 3 years people management (experience from shoes factory is preferred but not required)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin language is preferred but not required
• Have skill’s / 技能 of Analytical and problem-solving skills, Communication and interpersonal skill, Computerized scheduling control program, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Have knowledge’s / 知識 of Production Scheduling, ERP System, Knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning,
• Have attitude’s / 態度 : Leads and Influences Others, Communicates Effectively, Drives Collaboration, Customer Focus

HRIS Lead

Requirements:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering or other related engineering courses
• Experience :
  1. At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise HRIS (SAP Success Factors, Workday, or others) and should have experience in implementing at least 3 Enterprise HRIS projects.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in People Management.
• Have skill’s of Project Management, IT Operations Management, English language, Mandarin language is preferred but not required, People Management, Vendor Management
• Have knowledge’s of HR Process, IT Service Management (Information Technology Infrastructure Library based)
• Have attitude’s : Leadership in steering the team and the stakeholders to find solutions to problems and drives the implementation of the improvements, Collaborative and works with teams to drive standardization. Flexible and is able to adapt to different circumstances, different people, and can handle unforeseen events in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Have skill’s of Planning and organizing, Project management skills, Influencing skills and ability to make fact based decision, Analytical and problem solving skills, Structured, organized, and process orientated, Microsoft Office
• Have knowledge’s Mold development and manufacturing process, Mold assembly/fitting and maintenance best practices, Buyer mold manufacturing standards/best practice

Requirements:
