Maintenance Technician Shift
Profile Summary
Keeping machinery production for use for production, or not used for the production, and do maintenance on a regular basis or periodically against the machines production on schedule and ensure the smooth running of the machine when used for the production.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out the work in accordance with the agreed schedule, or governed by his / her immediate supervisor.
- Perform its job in accordance with the shift and inform the next shift each will be finished doing his job.
- Make improvements directly when a problem occurs or problem in the machine that is being used properly and carefully, and make record book of reports that have been provided (Machine history etc.).
- Coordinate about the work that has not been resolved to the next shift when the work is done at the end of shift.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the electrical side of the production machine regularly and keep them in good condition and ensure its safety.
- Control and maintain all electrical panels and wiring in production facilities or instruments.
- Ensure all electrical panels locked and clean.
- Undertake project work planned or emergency as required.
- Control the machine usage when there is a threat to the operator or other dangers posed.
- Responsible for training new operators placed as operator by the production department on working procedures and safety operation of the machine.
- Inform in writing or orally to the immediate supervisor or boss at the time of stopping the course of a production machine.
- Perform the working as initiated by Job Request that has been received directly, or planned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma III electrical engineering or any related discipline
- Ability to do trouble shooting in electrical and control
- Understanding in PLC I/O and wiring
- Having 2 years of experience in the relevant position, fresh graduates welcome to apply
