UI/UX Designer
Requirements :
- S1 / S2 Majored in Computer Science, Informatics Management or Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or relevant.
- Min 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the Industry, evidenced by a portfolio.
- Have the ability to use to create user flows, wireframes and prototypes (Figma).
- Understand Photoshop and Illustrators, Original Graphic Design and Certifications such as Nelson Nourman and Human Computer Interaction.
- Have UX Writing capabilities.
- No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.
- High initiative and able to work under pressure.

UX Researcher
Requirements :
- S1/S2 majored in Psychology, Computer, Informatics Management or Human Computer Interaction or relevant.
- Minimum 2 years experience as UI Research, Product, and Market Research,
- Have passion and enthusiasm about data mining & data analytics.
- Have a strong understanding of customer behavior and research methods.
- Be detail-oriented and work on solving problems quickly.
- No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.
- High initiative and able to work under pressure.
