Known as Management Trainee Program, it’s a career acceleration program for high-potential talents that will get the spotlight starting on their very first day. In 18 months, you will get heave exposure to end-to-end business processes to be a future business leader in the FMCG industry.
There will be several streams/functions that are open for this batch :
- Global Commercial (Marketing & Sales)
- Business Development
- Manufacture
- PPIC & Logistic
- Research & Development (Food Research)
- Information & Technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Food Technology, Business Studies, Management, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.30 from a reputable university
- Maximum 2 years of working experience
- Entry year (of college) not earlier than 2014
- Already graduated before September 2023
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Bandung/Majalengka
Bonus if you have:
- Professional experience (at least as an intern) in related academic background at similar industry
- International exposure on studying or working abroad
